I loved my Kayano 14s, so when it was time to shop for new shoes, I hit the Internet for a second pair. Unfortunately, she makes them leave. I decided a couple of 15s OK, but I was disappointed. They felt very different from the 14s, and not only caused a lot of foot and ankle pain, she also did hurt my lower back. I sent it back and went to my local running store, where I was introduced to the 16S. After loading, it was a pretty quick turn around between the 15s and 16s. Icompare Feel the 16s, much better, the 14s. My first time was in them I go to 9 miles with very little toe-rubbing/breaking-in questions.

Long story short, if you're looking to replace your 14s, skip the 15s, 16s, and try out. They are a much better transition for us flat-footed and moderate pronator!
