The Avia 5506 is very comfortable and easy, but I would not buy it again. It is more convenient and easier than my weight but not as comfortable as Reebok and Asics Sauconys. For the price it is definitely a bargain, but I would not recommend the heavy fall 5506 only because your feet are delicate and should be provided with maximum comfort. Running brings stress and pressure on the knees and feet so that you would want the best support. I tell all my friendsVisit your local running shoe store (or at least a shop) and try different things. Once you find one that you visit, how, and compare the prices there.
